As already mentioned in the introduction, we focus on precision grinding of cylindrical parts, polishing, straightening and turning. -our specialty is precision grinding of holes, as well as grinding of long and slim parts -we also offer complete production of parts according to drawings -small batches
Grinding of outer surfaces
- parts with lenght up to 2000 mm and diameter 320 mm
- 200 kg unit weight
- unhardened, hardened, nitrided materials etc., stainless steel
- shafts, pins, straightening rolls and intermediate rolls, guiding rods and columns
Grinding of holes
- from a diameter 20 mm, after consultation also smaller
- maximal diameter of the workpiece 320 mm
- holes up to lenght approx. 450 mm
- lenght by grinding from both sides 900 mm
