We focus on the complete production of precise turned and ground parts according to drawing documentation. In addition to the complete production of parts, we also offer cooperative work – turning, round grinding, shaft alignment, grooving/gearing production.
The specialty of the experienced staff is the production of straightening rollers and intermediate rollers for straightening sheets, grinding holes and grinding long, slender shafts.
Grinding
– up to 3000 mm in length, 400 mm in diameter and max. weighing 300 kg
– processing of unhardened, hardened and nitrided materials, grinding of stainless steel
– grinding of shafts, pins, leveling cylinders and intermediate cylinders, guide rods
Grinding holes
– from a diameter of 20 mm, after consultation also smaller diameters
– maximum workpiece diameter 400 mm
– holes up to a maximum length of approx. 450 mm
– max. module m6,
– workpiece diameter max. 250 mm, workpiece length max. 3000 mm,
– workpiece weight max. 250 kg,
– 2 x HECKERT rolling mill,

Turning
– turning on classic and CNC lathes
– CNC lathes up to 3000 mm long, 350 mm diameter over support and 500 kg weight
– conventional lathe up to 2000 mm long, 250 mm diameter over support and 200 kg weight
– piece and small batch production
Our machine park is equipped with modern CNC and classic machines, which enable serial and piece production of precise parts.
